826 Women and Girls Identified for Skills Training in Liberia
UN Women Africa recently featured our work under Spotlight Initiative 2.0, highlighting the identification and validation of 826 women and girls across Montserrado, Nimba, and Lofa Counties for upcoming skills training and livelihood interventions. The milestone follows community stakeholder meetings held in May 2026 in Vezala, Banquelleh, and Block Path Community, where local leaders, survivor networks, and women’s groups helped shape a transparent beneficiary identification process. Spotlight Initiative 2.0 is supported by the European Union and UN Women Liberia, and implemented by Youth Crime Watch of Liberia.
